Made-to-Order Products

Each item is created on demand after your order is placed.
Under EU/EEA consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • The right of withdrawal applies only where the product is not exempt under these conditions.
This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Change of mind
We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, we will make it right.
If your item arrives:
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund.

Claims Window

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, in line with our production partner’s policy.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.
