Because of this, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with European consumer law.

Made-To-Order Products

Each item is created on demand after your order is placed.

Under Norwegian and EU/EEA consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date they receive their order, including standard made-to-order clothing.

Exceptions may apply to products that are genuinely personalized or manufactured according to a customer's individual specifications.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact contact@demitorro.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs.

Your Rights:

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where local consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights take precedence.

We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund where applicable, at no additional cost to you for a valid complaint.

Claims Window

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery, so we can coordinate with our production partner.

This timeframe does not limit your statutory right to make a complaint about defective goods under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.
For valid withdrawals, refunds include the original standard delivery cost and are processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the item is returned or proof of return shipment is provided.

We recommend contacting us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
