2. Products & Availability

Our clothing is produced on demand through our fulfillment partners, including Printful.

Product descriptions, available sizes, colors and prices are displayed on our website.

We aim to represent our products accurately. Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and production processes.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK).

Available payment methods may include debit and credit cards, Klarna and PayPal.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.

Applicable taxes are handled according to Norwegian law. Demi Torro does not currently charge Norwegian VAT while operating below the registration threshold and remaining unregistered for VAT.

4. Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please ensure your contact and delivery information is correct.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Production & Delivery

Our products are produced after an order is placed.

We currently deliver to Norway only.

Estimated delivery times are displayed on our website or during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

If delivery is delayed, your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Customers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date they receive their order.

This right also generally applies to standard print-on-demand clothing.

Exceptions may apply to genuinely personalized products manufactured according to a customer's individual specifications.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact contact@demitorro.com within the withdrawal period.

Customers have a further 14 days to return the products after notifying us.

Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.

7. Refunds

For valid withdrawals, we refund the applicable purchase price and standard outbound shipping charges.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or evidence of return shipment is provided.

Refunds are normally issued through the original payment method.

8. Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email contact@demitorro.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible.

Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable Norwegian consumer protection law. Your statutory rights are not limited by the policies or reporting deadlines of our fulfillment partners.

We process customer information to manage purchases, payments, deliveries and customer service.

10. Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.

If a disagreement arises, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may seek guidance or mediation through Forbrukertilsynet and, where applicable, have their case considered by Forbrukerklageutvalget.
